Elastofibroma dorsi

Elastofibroma dorsi may be a reparative phenomenon or perhaps a degenerative end-stage response to chronic trauma, presenting as a subcutaneous, tender nodule, up to several centimeters in diameter, typically occurring in women in the sixth to eight decade of life.[1]:992
